Replacement Policy
At Profile Genie, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, please note that we no longer provide returns. We only provide replacements if the product delivered was wrong or malfunctioned.
How to Initiate a Replacement
Replacements are only accepted if the item delivered was wrong or is malfunctioned.
- Contact Customer Service: To initiate a replacement, you can reach out to our customer support team at support@profilegenie.store or contact us through the WhatsApp Icon on the bottom left corner of our website.
- Provide Proof of Purchase and Condition: You will need to provide pictures and videos of the product. This step is necessary to verify the condition of the item being replaced.
- Schedule a Pickup: Once your replacement request is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the product within 3-4 working days.
Please note that items must be in their original condition to qualify for a replacement.
Replacement Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the product, and let you know if the replacement has been approved. Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped to you within 7 business days.
Important Notes
- Only items that have been purchased directly from our website are eligible for replacement.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a replacement.
Refund Policy
In some cases where we are not able to arrange for a replacement or the product you ordered due to unforeseen circumstances like the Product going out of Stock or any other issue in that case, We will definitely process a refund to you which will take 3-5 days to process to your account.
Cancelation Policy
You can cancel your order anytime before our order and address confirmation call. If you wish to cancel, you may also do so during the call. However, once your order is confirmed on the call, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
